One of the worst country pubs I've ever been to!
Dining area resembled a working mens club from the 1970's.
Staff appeared to be very inexperienced & lacked good customer service skills.
Food was very a low standard.
Soup was included within Sunday Roast offer. Soup looked liked water with a few diced carrots & dried herbs had been sprinked over the top?! Surely a swirl of creme fraiche & freshly chopped herbs could have been thought of.
Main roast wasnt presented well. Looked like a microwave meal. Roast potatos had been deep fried?! Vile!
A good desert menu was presented but no deserts actually available!!
Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always had great food here. We go walking every other weekend and whenever we are close this is where we choose to go for dinner (or even if we not close we drive the extra few miles to go here). Great service and staff always happy. Great atmosphere.
